
Trying to get Peachy 🍑

I’m VERY self conscious about my lower stomach and my bottom so those are areas I’m really trying to work on. I bought a Pilates bar on Amazon and have been using it to squat, do good mornings, deadlift, hip thrusts, and more!
I was going to buy the “Redge Fit” but it’s a bit more expensive and this had two day shipping AND was even cheaper because it was slightly used.
It’s a really good investment if you prefer working out from home, are hesitant about gym memberships, or don’t want to catch COVID!
I bought it with resistance up to 120 lbs to start out but it can go up to 180, so I’ll be buying my last set of two bands soon.
It was super easy to assemble, took like literally two minutes, and is hopefully helping up my booty gains 🤞🏼 Heres a little video of my using it, some photos of what mine looked like when I received it and put it together, and a screenshot of the Amazon page where I found it ✨
